    On the road of life, we can come across bumps and potholes. Or detours that divert us from our destination. Sometimes they are behind us, sometimes ahead, but all of them can leave us feeling stuck or lost. Let me help you find your way.

    I believe that our state of mind depends on four things: How we feel, how we think, what we do and how we are present in the moment. In therapy, we will look at feelings, thoughts, actions and being mindful. We'll see which habits work, and which do not. We'll learn new coping skills and relaxation techniques to better deal with stress, anxiety and depression.
